NordCom Interactive is a company specialized in developing high quality interactive applications in the Multimedia Home Platform (MHP) standard for Broadcasters and Network Operators.

NordCom Interactive Aps was created as a spin-off Company of the partly EU funded DVB-T and MHP Pilots in Denmark (TV2/Nord-Digital, 2002-2004), and are today besides from developing applications also operating the DVB-T network in Northern Jutland on behalf of the two Public Service Broadcasters in Denmark (Denmarks Radio and TV2 Denmark).

Through the DVB-T and MHP Pilots the company has gained valuable know-how about end-to-end MHP solutions. In the Pilot, more than 500 television shows were accompanied by enhanced and interactive content in addition to standalone applications such as news services, email access, EPG’s and a real estate portal, all in the MHP standard. The applications were evaluated by more than 2500 end viewers as well as University Researchers from Aalborg University.
